Bird Model: American Crow on a Pumpkin

This listing is for one American Crow on a pumpkin. It is made of stoneware ceramic, nichrome wire (kiln wire) and glazed with various colours. The bird is a matte black with a glossy black eye. The pumpkin is glossy orange with a indented matte black face.

When I think of Halloween related birds, the first that comes to mind is the American Crow! I hadn't really considered how beautiful crows are until you look at them up close! I tried to capture the elegance of the crow with the shiny beady eye against it more matte body.

All of my ceramic pieces are one-of-a-kind and 100% handmade made by me! As with all handmade art some small imperfections are a normal part of the process/final product.
